For those who don't know: Chorizo is a highly seasoned chopped or ground pork sausage used in Spanish and Mexican cuisine. Mexican chorizo is made with fresh (raw, uncooked) pork, while the Spanish version is usually smoked.

From either end, chorizo is always that right decision when you want a hot treat for your mouth.

There are so many great places to order this dish in KC. But I suggest that you ask a "Latino" friend if he can meet you after work and share some of his sweet chorizo with you. You'll get an extra special mouth treat.
